A group of highly motivated sellers having a reputation for launching innovative products for customer delight in UAE wanting to sell on multiple marketplaces in a short span of time.

Challenge

The company wanted to launch an entire set of branded Electronic Tablets with unique features in multiple electronic marketplaces and maximum coverage.

The company wanted to explore the online marketplace as a precursor to the retail market place but was not sure how to approach, catalog and promote these unique products.

The challenge for the company was lack of in-house expertise in the ecommerce field in store setup, operational management, sales & promotions.

Strategy

Provide relational accounts connections with large E-commerce marketplaces. Use the help from these account managers to iron out cataloging issues. Provide for correct cataloging formats across multiple marketplace.

The main focus was to roll out a listing and Amazon & Noon store, packed with brand rich content and keywords under a fully managed account.

We did this by understanding the cataloging requirements for each marketplace. We have extensive contact with Marketplace account managers who work hand in hand for ensuring that accounts are opened timely and that any product ungating requirements are answered to. In record time due to these connections we could do a UAE -wide online launch of the products.

Results

The Electronic Tablet catalogued consistently on 5 marketplaces and launched in record 4 weeks time.

The Amazon, Noon, DesertCart, Mumzworld, 2071Mall and Carrefour product cataloging was set up with listings for over 30 SKUs within 4 weeks with 99% accuracy.

Banner promotions and Influencer based promotion was organized. The product series has received considerable impressions and is on its way to become a bestseller.
